Need help with clarifying diagnosis
I asked before this about my diagnosis and gynaecologist said it might be vaginitis or UTI I'm not sure what it is The symptoms are Pain after peeing Burning sensation Inflammation of vagina There is no other problem only these plus there is no change in discharge but the smell is stronger Does any doctor think it's non infectious vaginitis ? If yes  please suggest some antibiotics
