I have turned vegan more than a year ago, but I am not oil free and gluten free. I did lose some weight, but I need to lose at least 20 more kgs to be healthy and for my waistline to be under 32. I know that I need to eat less oil, maybe cut it out completely, but I travel a lot for work, when i cannot control what I eat. Please help.
