Need help understanding the reports
Hello my grandmother is 79. She is diabetic patient. Has suffered from anemia and cardiac incident in the past. She was suffering from UTI hence took her to a urologist. Her pus cells count is 100-120/hpf. The urologist suggested surgery for her stone removal. But giving her condition we are very apprehensive. Is there any other option? Or do we have to choose surgery? Also the surgery cost is coming to 50k-60k, which is not a cost we can incur giving our current financial condition. Another reason we were hoping the surgery would not be necessary. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Please help me understand the situation.
