Need counselling advice for my Brother.

Hi, This is regarding my younger brother. He has been suffering from headache for the past 4-5 years and still ongoing. Around 4 years back he had fits and was diagnosed with epilepsy. After taking  the medication for it, he would sleep a lot ,got very distracted ,his academics marks reduced became very violent at home started hitting everybody. He'd sometimes laugh suddenly and have mood swings. We have been showing him to a psychiatrist but still there is not much of a difference. He is very cautious about himself outside house doesn't talk much. Very irritable with us at home. Gets angry easily.   We have been so patient with him but he still is violent whenever he is irritated. Even the little things that nobody cares, bothers him and takes that out on us. Can you please suggest me a correct counselling that he needs. I think the current doctors aren't providing the counseling that he needs but just give him medication.
