Once in a while we all feel like there is nothing positive happening around our lives, we question ourselves and the people around us. Close people should be the ones who understand us, support us, and uplift us. Therefore, if they really are close to you, they would understand your feelings and how they make you feel. Try to talk to someone you trust and if you think after trying that still, you have not got much clarity in life, reach out to a therapist. A therapist can help you navigate through the process of unfolding your confusions if you want some professional help.

Hello.. I understand what you are going through. See there are negative as well as positive stimulus around us , may be during these days you are only attracted towards the negative stimulus and may be this is the reason that your perception towards the behaviour of others is somewhat different. May be something would have happened and that is the reason why you are experiencing this. Try to consult a psychologist for help.

Has there been a big change in your life recently? It seems like your world view has changed and there is a need to restructure your thoughts.
