Hello doctors, I hope you are all doing well. I wanted to talk about an issue that I'm struggling with now . I'm depressed about thinking the problem with me. These are all the things I'm suffering with
Confident issue - I've Never felt confident
Social Anxiety - I'm nervous when I'm in public
Low self esteem - I never said good words about me and it's true I don't have anything good to sat about me
Communication problem - Even the basic communication between two people. Many people told me that they couldn't able to understand what I'm trying to say. Most of the time I don't know what to reply when someone compliment me or tease me or in a debate
Unwillingness to talk with people - I have a past trauma in childhood
Loneliness - Couldn't able to make any close friends
Hard to understand - Sometimes I'm feeling hard to understand things that others can easily understand
Lack of motivation - I'm not feeling interested in anything
Are these issues treatable?

Yes it absolutely is! Try deep breathing and mindfulness to calm your mind. Regular exercise, a balanced lifestyle, and structured routines help too. Reach out for social support and consider professional help if needed. Take small steps, and be kind to yourself.

Some of those issues can be managed in the short run, while other issues appear to be deep rooted & may take time to improve.
