Need CBT for chronic procrastination
I have been a depression patient from 1 year. Almost recovered from depression but I still face procrastination issues

We feel that motivation has to be always intrinsic come from within. One has to take behavioural change treatment sometimes medicines have limitation. You might need a CBT treatment with plan for procrastination, Action plan.

Many say we will take action Only after motivation. But human mind works in both ways sometimes you need to take action to feel motivated. Small action towards your action plan and goals rather than finishing everything at once will be very helpful.
