Need an suggestions on LASIK and SQUINT

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Dear sir, By birth I have squint problem in my right eye, currently I have eye sight in my both eyes that is -2.75. Recently I have consulted one of the eye doctor, he suggested me to 1st go for an LASIK surgery. So that once after surgery due to vision improvement in my both eyes there is some chance that my SQUINT issue in my right eye may get resolved. Request you to suggest that is it correct.
