I haven't participated in any sports events till today. Want to take part in a 10km run. Can I? What precautions and care should I take and what should I eat?

hello der you can definitely take part in the competition but u need to follow some instructions for that u need to start running daily imcrease gradually from 5 to min till maximum time that you will get tired if you cannot run plz stop der and take rest....participating in a event like dis itself is a proud movement. before that check ur blood sugar levels and blood pressure carry some amount of chocolate and glucose while running when u feel hypoglycemic you can have them.
