Firstly, use emergency contraceptives in cases of pregnancy before marriage. This will prevent chances of marriage.
If it exceeds 7th week of pregnancy, visit a gynecologist and seek surgical treatment.
If your pregnancy is less than 7 weeks, it can be treated medically.

If early Pregnancy like less than 7 wks , can be done by medicine. If more weeks needs surgical. Both needs to meet gynaecologist.
