Need a diet plan
My weight is 95kgs and I don't have a good appetite too but still there is no improvement in weight reduction. And also a new factor has come up like in the morning before college if I eat or drink milk immediately I puke so I started to go empty stomach to college but then when I eat my lunch directly after sometime my stomach starts burning. So I request you to suggest me some way in which I can handle things in the right direction and also considering I want to loose weight. Thank You.
