Neck to shoulder pain
I've been facing left side neck to shoulder pain. I always do exercise in GYM, and facing this problem since 20 days.

Might be your trapezius muscle spasm Consult physiotherapist and start taking treatment for stretching and strengthening exercise for neck muscle Also isometric neck exercise Definitely you will feel better

May u r doing exercises in wrong angle pull. Better consult Physiotherapist and talk about postural direction in gym activity
