MRI shows c3 to c6 disk bulge. Having severe back pain and tingling sensation and numbness in left hand. One neuro surgeon recommended lateral cervical mass infusion surgery. Please advise

Disc bulges usually are not disabling. Unless there is disc herniation/prolapse.Surgery is usually indicated in refractory/severe pains or neurological deficits in the form of muscle weakness.
