Neck stiffness
I have suffering from neck pain for last 4 years...i have done mri scan for cervical spine and got some problem which are written on mri report: 1)Straightening of cervical spine is noted 2)Scoliosis with convexity towards left side 3)Partially blocked D1 & D2 vertebral body with loss of interveterbral disc space in between them anteriorly. Note: shall i go gym

No, you should not go to gym in this condition. If there is structural deformity happening,  then I am afraid we cannot help in that case, though can give you symptomatic relief to an extent with medicines
