  3. Neck shoulder back pain. Still paining!

Neck shoulder back pain
I have been experiencing chest pain since yesterday afternoon after having lunch, also now the pain has spread to shoulder, neck and back. And all of this is on the left side of my body. Till now the pain is giving me a lot of discomfort so I have taken crocin tablet to relieve the pain. But it's still paining

This is most like Gastritis. You need to take tablet Pan-D and also a muscle relaxant Zerodol-TH. Also Syrup Digene. That should be sufficient . If still it pains, visit ur Physician
