Neck pain while sleep

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I don't feel comfortable when ever I go to sleep due to my pillow. I tried fluffy and Even non fluffy pillows but still I feel irritation on neck and shoulder. Can I use cervical pillow. The one used during mri scan. Coz which I went for I felt huge comfort lying on it.

hey, if you were using neck brace why did you discontinue,? what was MRI report ? why were you using it, having some problem with cervical disc ,consult orthopedic doctor once before use
