Neck pain suddenly
Suddenly getting neck tightness and feeling of fainting what shall I do It has been a week since this is happen shall I connect to a cardiologist or a neurologist Photos of tests attached.

Get MRI scans and consult neurologist and ENT for a better diagnosis. Try to notice when the giddiness episode is getting aggravated.
