  3. Neck pain since a day. In the pain.

Neck pain since a day.
Having a sudden neck ache since 1 day. The point of ache is between the left shoulder and the neck. Not able to move my neck to and fro. Sleeping causes increase in the pain.

Just take some anti spasmodics and hot fomentation
