Respected doctor ,i'm facing very bad neck pain , more in left side , hand weakness ,pulling sensation in left side , pain when i bend , an some sound comes when i rotate my neck , an sudden i feel dizzy for a second , pls tell me what causes this ,I get really anxious ,Thank you
