  3. Neck pain problem. Hrs before computer.

Neck pain problem
I am suffering with neck pain. Which specialist I need to consult. I have high bp using olmzest 20. One month back also same problem I went to neurologist used medicin temporary cured. My gen physian says take physiotherapy. Shall I go physiotherapy. I am sitting 8 hrs before computer.

Hi thanks for the query the complaints you had described is mostly due to your poor posture at your work. you need to get some advise regarding neck exercise. even if not responding to simple treatment like exercise you need to consult your orthopedician.
