  4. Neck pain on moving neck. Suggest.

Neck pain on moving neck
Yesterday i was playing with my kid, lifted him up using my right hand and might some nerve or muscle got stretched or else and since then having pain on moving neck to right side or back side, also pain on back. Applied 'Move' also but nothing working.Please suggest.

Try ice on the shoulder msl and if doesnt subside than pls. C a doctor
