NECK PAIN HEADACHE
My mother is suffering from neck pain from 2013, we had consulted a neurologist in our area but no use.She feels neck pain and headache, eyes burning, feeling like vomit is coming, the pain from right arm to head, and if she does not take tablets she will feel constipation. recently she got pain in upside stomach we had consulted gastroenterologist. she is saying daily one health problem if one problem is getting cured means another problem is raising.10 Years back she got bitten by cobra snake, 5 years back she got beaten by another snake.we are peasants, please suggest us in this regard as early as possible.

Hello there... I understand your concern... There are many possible reasons for your pain which has to be taken care....it may be due to Abnormalities in the bone or joints,trauma,poor posture,degenerative diseases,muscle strain...she may require investigations like x ray,MRI etc...Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon...for constipation If you lack enough fiber in your diet, your stool can become stagnate, dry and hard. Increasing your fiber intake will help promote soft and bulky stool. Foods that are fiber-rich include beans, fruits, whole grains, beans and vegetables....in adequate fluid content in your diet can make stools hard and get impacted... Drink plenty of water,coconut water,fruit juice etc...Regular physical activity can stimulate your digestive system, promoting more frequent bowel movements...so exercise atleast 2 hours a day...
