Neck pain frequently
I have had frequent neck pain for which I have done physiotherapy and also am doing yoga postures under a teacher. When I do yoga and physio the pains go away. Is there any investigation necessary? What's a signal that would be a warning sign?

Most cases of neck pain would only require physiotherapy, rest and good posture. Warning signs would be pain in arms or numbness in fingers. An XRay would be required. Avoiding exercises which involve excessive neck movements and stress on neck would be useful. Instead, focussing on strengthening neck muscles and adopting correct posture would be helpful.

numbness in your hands or weakness are warning signs...get a xray of neck first and consult a ORTHO or neurologist for further advice
