Neck pain for long time.
I have chronic neck pain. It increases if I read or work on computer for long time. Should I see a doctor or start exercising? What yoga should I do? If there is a name of yoga asan, pleases let me know them.

please correct your posture and do take advice of experts don't continous sit on computer for long every one hour do some stretches for hands and upper back and free movements for neck
