  3. Neck pain and headache. Help me on this.

Neck pain and headache
I am having daily Neck pain and headaches throughout the day. Usually it goes away after lying down. I Feel headache at base of skull and during working hours, due to this i also started feeling anxiety and fear. I did Brain, neck, chest MRI all reports are normal, also did holter ECG which is normal, still this headache issue is there. Pls help me on this. Thanks in advance. Regards Sushant Naik
