Neck issue
I have a neck problem since two days, whenever i stand still without any support, i get unbearable pain from the neck to my shoulders. Kindly consult.

Hello.. It seems like postural problem.. Hope your maintain ing correct postures and not straining in unusual postures for a long time...secondly.. You can use hot fomentations and analgesics spray for pain relief...its better you conuslt a physiotherapist and take n opinion
