Generally these are acute food or water or air borne infections. You may try antiseptic gargles like betadine, warm water ingestion for one or two days.

please see your doctor if it's not better in 1/2 days, as it needs to be examined to differentiate whether it's bacterial or fungal infections or non infective pathology
