Neck discomfort
Recently I started having discomfort around the neck area. It's not paining but whenever I feel this discomfort, I try to set it right by changing my neck position but this actually triggers more of that. I'm worried if this has something to do with my knuckle cracking habit due to some nerve connection.

hi, please don't worry about your knuckle cracking causing neck pain, your symptoms though subtle now may increase, description of your symptoms are not sufficient to opine about the probable cause of pain, please meet orthopedist for a detailed examination

Hi, I hope you are not in a lot of pain. The causes can be multiple such as strain, sprain or spondylosis. You will need some X rays for evaluating your neck pain. please consult an Orthopaedic surgeon
