Neck and upperback prob.
I am having severe neck and upper back pain (shoulder), not able to sit continuously for an hour also. Symptoms: Severe head ache ( switches from left to right and vise versa) Severe neck ache , upper most disk of cervical) Lack of concentration Please advise to over come this. Thanks
