Neck and salivary gland ultrasound
Is there anything seroius in lymph node or anywhere ...which is life threatening ...i have very eary stage of osmf and i can feel something in right side submandibular area ...only can feel ...not visible or can be observed by seeing ...no other symptoms ...no pain ...not increasing in size from 6 to 7 month ...i have left all tobacco and supari product and alcholl from 3 to 4 months ...pls guide me if there is any possibility of life threatening in this report

This is difficult to tell without actual examination. It is good that you have stopped tobacco, alcohol and masala use.  But you have to remember that the risk of malignancy stays for a long time after stopping, gradually reduces, and then the risk comes to baseline. Stay away from the addictions. Eat a healthy diet of fresh fruits, vegetables and salads.
