Nausea with a sudden drop and fainted
My kid, age is 7 years, yesterday went to the market yesterday. She was roaming for 40 mins after that she said she is feeling thirsty and wants to drink water but i didnot have that so asked her to wait.. then she felt nauseatic and after that fell down in a frontward posture.. immediately i picked her up and then she came back to her senses. But she did not know the fact that she was falling down so i think she was unconscious for may be 10-15 secs. Need advise pls

Possibility of syncope is very high provided but better consult pediatrician ones
