Usual to get constipation/ hard stools after a episode of loose stools when you are not taking adequate food. some of the danger signs are? area you having recent lose of weight? blood in stools? early morning stools mixed with mucus ? then you need evaluation if you are not having any of these and your vomiting is also setting then go with medications. you can stop redotil and take .tab.emeset 4mg twice daily for 3 days

hello sir The only advise I would like to give you is get admitted in nearby hospital for further management. At your age and multiple comorbitities like diabetes hypertension hypothyroidism, I would suggest you not to take risk because in your case morbidity is quite high.
