Nausea (No Vomit)
I woke up something around 7:00 and was just getting ready for running... I ate 1 banana and went for running... After a while i started feeling nausea i sat down for a while 2-3 mins and was alright... After few minutes again "NAUSEA!!!" Why this happened? What are the possible ways to cure it? What if it still persist? Please don't answer "PLEASE CONTACT" and blah blah
