Nausea in pregnancy
Hello, I am 9 week pregnant. I am having nausea and my doctor given me onstal-4 tablet and aciloc . Is it safe to take these tablets during pregnancy? Thanks.

To some extend vomiting and nausea are expected and usual in pregnancy and especially in early weeks.relax.divert yourself and eat whatever you are liking.small frequent and bland meals are advised

Nausea & vomiting is common in 1st trimester of pregnancy due to physiological changes .                                                                     Apart from drugs you have to have dietary changes .

take vit B1&B6,. & tab doxylamine 1tab twice daily for 10 days .

1 . pregnancy diet should be rich in protein and vitamin s & easily digested .                             2. avoid spicy foods.3 . take frequent small amounts .plenty of vegetables and fruits and milk .3. get a usg done .
