Nausea, dark runny stools, stomach cramp
I've been feeling unwell for a little over a month and have been fobbed off by multiple GPs and need some answers please. i have a nausea feeling which is with me 60-70% of the day and is centered in my upper abdomen. This also appears to be worse during the evenings. i also get stomach cramps in my lower abdomen which brings on diarrea consisting of dark, runny stools. i have been told IBS but something tells me it might be worse. Tiredness also seems to be a symptom
