Natural way to reduce uric acid
Hi post covid after using fabiflu my uric acid has spiked up . Its 7.4 against the reagent highest value of 7.3 Last year it was 5.5 when I did full body checkup Dr has not advised any medicines for this. I just want to know what are the natural ways to decrese this as this is not caused by my lifestyle but its a result of medications

Uric acid level Up to 7 is OK.. Yours is 7.4 no. So advise to do life style changes, follow healthy diet and exercise regularly for one month and repeat the test again.

You should drink plenty of fluids, include 2 lts or more water daily. but avoid alcohol and soft drinks. Include more fruits and vegetables especially fiber rich food.
