You need to get a CT scan of your paranasal sinuses. If the report confirms a deviated nasal septum and blocked sinus ostia with mucosal thickening in the sinuses, then you will need surgery. However, the outcome depends upon the surgical skills of the ENT Surgeon. If the doctor is available on Practo, go through the reviews of her past patients to help you decide on future course of action.
