If a complete block or more then 80% and you can't breath at all then better surgery right now.Its a recurring problem so you need to be on homeopathy medications which reduce recurrence.even after surgery you can be on homeopathy medication. Temporarily you can try right now lemna minor 6c pills 5 pills every 3 hours daily and calc flu or 6x tabs 3 nor 3 at ten 3 night see if you get relief if yes continue and visit homeopathy doctor he will take detailed case and give medicines. There might be chances surgery can be avoided but very less chances. But do try. No side effects. And take steam inhalation with plain water. Avoid sitting under direct fan.a.c..breeze.cold things intake etc.
