Natural treatments on lines of Ayurvedic principle would be daily application of cow ghee in each nostril at bed time. Also steam inhalation twice daily with tulsi leaves will help. Drinking warm water and avoiding cold air and oily food is necessary. For nasy and other ayurvedic medicines consult nearest ayurvedic doctor.
