Nasal endoscopy report
My current problems are occasional fishy smell in nose...Kindly tell me what is there in the report and what is the treatment for the same(Non surgical treatment)

Good morning Might be due to chronic rhinosinusitis (Halitosis) Kindly take a course of antibiotic followed by CT PNS plain

Fishy smell can be due to Sinusitis. X ray PNS or CT scan PNS preferable to exclude Sinusitis
Next Steps
Alkaline nasal douching 2 times for 1 month. Treatment of Sinusitis if required
