I don't have flu nor runny nose but since 6 to 7 months I am facing a issue like nose is blocked unable to breathe freely thru nose. I have not consulted any doctor so far neither I am taking any medicines. Sometimes fully relieved but most of the time congestion. Please help me. I also have some issues with my tongue, its thickened and on both sides of the tongue have small small balls but its not painful neither itchy nothing and its not going of since many months and I have not consulted any doctors for that too. Don't know what to do with that. Please help me

Visit any ENT doctor nearby and get evaluated as you have symptoms from months. You need to get nasal endoscopy & CT PNS done to know the cause of your health condition.
Till then you can take:
Tab. Montair LC once a day
Tab. Pan 40mg once a day
Cap. S M Fibro once a day
Steam inhalation thrice a day
Nasoclear drops 3 drops 3 times a day

Your nose issue seems to be sinusitis. Taking nasal drops and steam inhalation twice a day will help.. You can use antihistamines if the problem is more.. Tongue might require you to send a picture so that I can objective evaluate and make sure it is not anything abnormal
