Dear doctors,
An age old notion that never have milk after eating chicken or fish.. It gives u white patches on skin.. Just wanted to know from experts if it's true?? My reading says it isn't but some general advice from healthcare fraternity would be good :)
Thanks in advance for your time.

No it's not true. There are many chicken dishes that are prepared with either milk cream or milk itself in it. It that had been true, it wouldn't be the case. Also, white patches are due to patchy dysfunction or absence melanocytes which produce a pigment melanin which is responsible for the colour of the skin.
