Myopia can not be corrected by lubricating eyedrop.
Lubricating eyedrop will help only if you have dry eye problem

The treatment you are using is an appropriate one for the Dry Eye Problems. However when you are not benefiting from one type of drops, it is always a good idea to consult Ophthalmologist for further investigations. He/She will be able to examine and prescribe necessary medications.
