Can I use Optive Eye Drops for lifetime?
I have Meibomitis and MGD. Using Optive Eye Drops 3 times a day helps me. Can I use it for lifetime?

You can use it as ur MGD causes dry eye as well. Though life time use is unnecessary if there are no signs.
You can also use a antibiotic eye ointment to help reduce MGD along with lid hygiene.

Optive eye drops is for dry eye and not for MGD or Meiobomitis .You can use if life time and won't cause harm ,you rather can do hot foementation for MGD and Meibomitis .
