Hi,
Firstly, does your screen time extend for more then 3 to 4hours/ day? Or do you have outdoor work/activities? If yes then try a protective eye wear, hot water fomentation and lubricating eye drops 2 to 3 times a day. Secondly your vision in left eye is less so kindly get evaluated for the same from an Ophthalmologist.
