There are lot of factors affecting the progression
Hereditary, constant near work, nutritional and hormonal factors
Usually stabilises by 18-22 years of age
The only answer will be six monthly check up and wearing of correct glasses...Have plenty of green leafy vegetables and yellow fruits in the meantime...Good Luck...Don’t worry whatever power will remain after stabilisation, it can be removed but not before you reach 18 !!
