I am having spects from childhood of power -9 spherical and few years back I got cylindrical power of -1.5&-0.7 and it tend to increase 0.5 cylindrical power recently and spherical power is stabilized ,what if cylindrical power doesn't get stabilized ,I am really worried alot of my condition and can I get married to someone ? Now I am 24 . should I need to use spects life long ?

This much of variation is not very significant. Please don't worry. You can definitely get married. If you want to get rid of the glasses then either start using contact lenses or get the refractory surgery done
