Myoma found in ultrasonography
In uterus, 13.3 mm secretory hyperplastic endometrium seen. Anterior sub-serous myoma (31x24 mm) & Posterior panmural myoma (76x68 mm) are noted. Myometrial/endometrial interface is intact and Cervix is normal.
Dominant follicle measuring 21 mm is noted in right ovary, corpuis luteum noted in right ovary. Right ovary measures 38x21 mm, left ovary measures 31x17mm.
Adnexae appears normal, no loculated or free fluid noted. Free fluid seen in pod.

Myomas more than 5cm are theorically better to b removed..
More so if u have menstrual disturbances or difficulty in getting pregnant
