Multiple myoma
My mom has been undergo a transvaginal ultrasound and she has an impression of multiple myoma uteri (intramural, intramural with subserosal component, intramural with submucosal component) endometrium suggestive of secretory phase normal ovaries. What does that mean? Does she need an urgent operation on her ovary? Is that dangerous? Thanks!
