My ht is 5.2 wr is 48 I do yoga but still have belly and side fat can you help me with diet for the same.

Hi Have plenty of fibre rich foods. Drink plenty of water. Avoid outside food,  fried foods and sugar. Perform exercises that target belly fat such as crunches,  bicycle exercise etc You can contact me for a detailed and customized diet plan for you Regards

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you
